The Universe of the collection
The Dynasties High Jewellery collection brings together design, material, composition, technique and symbolism. Combining erudition, grandeur and formal grace, three unique pieces translate with modernity the grandeur of aristocratic jewellery: these jewels, which marked the apogee of the art of jewellery, possessed profound meanings.

The Celestial Realms
Worn by monarchs, crowns and sceptres were the visible expression of their role as intermediaries with the celestial realms, while the precious gems (Bleu de France, Orlov, Saint Edward’s sapphire, Black Prince’s ruby – in reality a spinel – Cullinan I and II diamonds) expressed their power.

Necklace
Le Roi Soleil
Embellished with a crown topped by a fleur-de-lys, Le Roi Soleil necklace reflects the splendour and the influence of the Grand Siècle by setting a gradation of solar diamonds – from cognac-orange to intense yellow – on gold scrolls echoing those of the Château de Versailles. A spectacular 7.11-carat blue spinel resurrects the mythical cut of the Bleu de France, stolen during the French Revolution in 1792, and now known as Hope diamond.

Necklace
Le Britannique
Le Britannique perpetuates the soul of the legendary state crown originally created for Queen Victoria. Comprising 21 pieces for the crown itself, this “tour de force” of creativity and craftsmanship which brings together no less than 2,000 gemstones evokes, through their colours and brilliance, the historic gems that have illuminated the successive reigns of British sovereigns.

Necklace
La Tsarine
La Tsarine reflects the opulence of the Russian crown jewels and the open-mindedness of Catherine the Great, a fervent admirer of the philosophers of Enlightenment. At the centre of the all-diamond crown, a ring of marquise-cut herringbone diamonds sets off a remarkable intense red spinel, while the necklace features the opalescent refl ections of South Sea pearls.
